How Google doodle supposed to be

I am sure you are already aware that sometimes Google change it’s logo (also called as Google doodle) according to certain events or important dates.

Currently, Google is changed it logo so that people aware about Vancouver 2010. For me, what Google did is a good way to increase the awareness among internet user about important dates and even about history. Yes, Google also likes to change it Google doodle to appreciate certain figure.

Usually Google changes the doodle according to event that isn’t related to any company such as Valentine’s Day or New Year. But this times I smell something fishy about this Vancouver 2010. To me, it looks like Google received an amount of money for the Vancouver Google doodle. Perhaps Google doodle is a new type of advertisement at Google.

Google this, Google that

Google is indeed an interesting search engine. Last night I try to search the keyword ‘how to’ and the I saw a search box from ehow.com display along the Google listing.

This is something interesting for me and this is the first time I’ve seen something like this. Thinking that Ehow has their own search box in Google listing, Wikipedia should has too. Read the rest of this entry »

Happy birthday Nikola Tesla

As usual, Google will change their Google’s symbol on certain occation. As for today, they change their Google’s symbol to show gratitude to a great American inventor that is Nikola Tesla.

Borns on 10 July 1856, Nikola Tesla passed away on 7 January 1943. Pretty long isn’t it? He lived for 87 years.  Read the rest of this entry »
